Payments and scams
Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true, urgent payment requests, or buyers who refuse to meet in person. Never send money in advance to "reserve" an item unless you fully trust the seller.
Account security
- Use a strong, unique password and keep your email secure.
- Do not share verification codes with anyone.
- Log out on shared devices.
Reporting problems
If you see misleading listings, harassment, or fraud attempts, contact us through the Contact Us page with screenshots and listing links. Our team reviews reports and may suspend accounts that break our rules.
